Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice prior to the commencement of works. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK Law, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
